Donation Policy
Donations to Conquer ZoNe are voluntary contributions to support the server and its operations. Please note:
- Donations are non-refundable under normal circumstances
- Donation rewards are delivered automatically upon successful payment
- We do not guarantee specific gameplay outcomes from donation items
- Donations help maintain server operations and development
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you did not receive your purchased items due to technical problems
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your permission
- Server Closure: If the server permanently closes within 30 days of your donation
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide your transaction ID and account information
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used or consumed in-game
- Account services (name changes, transfers, etc.)
- Donations made more than 30 days ago
- Purchases made during special promotions or sales
- Virtual currency or in-game money
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Removal of all purchased items
- Permanent ban from future purchases
Account Termination
If your account is terminated for rule violations:
- No refunds will be provided
- All purchased items and services are forfeited
- This includes voluntary account deletions
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Methods: Up to 14 business days
